Gazprom is going to acquire 100% stake in ArmRusgasprom.

As the company said in a press release, the issue was discussed by Gazprom chief Alexey Miller and Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan.

The two men also focused on Armenian-Russian energy cooperation and gas tariffs.
