The interparliamentary cooperation, energy issues and strategic partnership were discussed at the meting of Armenian parliament speaker Artur Baghdassaryan and Iranian parliament deputy Gevorg Vardan with participation of Iranian Ambassador to RA Alireza Haqiqian. As reported by the RA NA press office, Gevorg Vardan handed the RA NA chairman an invitation to visit Iran. The parties also discussed other issues of mutual interest as well as participation of the Armenian delegation in the international conference on religion to be held in Iran.
