CIS MISSION TO OBSERVE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS IN ARMENIA LAUNCHED IN YEREVAN
A long-term mission of the CIS executive committee to monitor the presidential elections in Armenia started work in Yerevan. During February it will observe the electoral race and the vote itself. First deputy CIS executive secretary Dmitry Bulakhov heads the group of 7 observers representing the countries of the Commonwealth. Another 100 CIS observers will arrive in Armenia on the eve of the elections.
