Unfortunately, just Azeri authorities complicate the peaceful coexistence of the Armenian and Azeri peoples, Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian stated when answering questions of Azg Daily readers. "We object to it and we censure it, as we believe that a solution will finally be adopted and we should live together, as it was before," the Armenian FM remarked. As of the Karabakh people's self-determination, Oskanian added that the Nagorno Karabakh people has determined itself at that territory for millenniums. The soviet period is the only exception, which was denied by Azerbaijan by means of its Constitution. Thus, NK people's self-determination in 1991 is restoration of its rights and rejection of the soviet legacy. "A fact is evident here: they determined themselves in the native land of their ancestors that has never been part of Azerbaijan. If there is a territory and people, who deserve the right to declare their independence and self-determination, these are the people of Nagorno Karabakh," he stated.
