Director of Novorossiysk poultry farm Albert Oganesian is conferred title of "Honored worker of agriculture of Russia." Chief of the department of culture of the regional administration of Krasnodar district Nshan Kerselian was awarded with title of "Honored cultural worker of the Russian Federation."
