The Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process is hard one. "Within its own capacities, as well as within the OSCE Minsk group format Moscow is actively trying to assist the Armenian and Azeri parties in finding a mutually acceptable soonest possible solution of the problem," - the reply text says. At the same time, in case the conflicting parties reach an accord, Russia expressed willingness to appear in the role of the settlement guarantee.
