September 12 Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian met with co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group in Paris, reports the Press Service of the Armenian MFA. During the meeting questions of three levels that refer to the current phase of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict were discussed. Speaking of the content of the talks, the parties specified problematic aspects of the document on the bargaining table and discussed opportunities to leave these out. The Armenian FM and the mediators paid special attention to obstacles that are beyond the negotiation framework. Besides, the interlocutors touched upon the plan of future actions, discussing the opportunity of organizing a meeting between the Armenian and Azeri FMs.
