The OSCE Minsk group Russian ambassador Nikolai Gribkov will not complete his mediation mission before the first half of the next year. Gribkov told "Arminfo" agency about it himself, when commenting on the Azeri mass media reports that the Russian diplomat would be replaced in the OSCE Minsk group. Such rumor, in his words, is relevant to the reality only within the context that "everything will change some time." The Russian co-chair also reported that the OSCE Minsk group annual report on the Nagorno Karabakh settlement was ready at the time and would be presented at the summit of the OSCE foreign ministers in Porto December 6-7. In his words, the co-chairs' next visit to the Karabakh conflict zone will be held after the presidential elections in Armenia planned February 19, 2003.
