Today within the framework of a regional visit EU Troika delegation arrived in Armenia. The delegation is led by Erkki Tuomioja, the Foreign Minister of Finland, which presides the EU currently. We note that EU Special Representative for the Caucasus Peter Semenby arrived along with the delegation. The Troika is scheduled to meet with Armenian President Kocharian and FM Oskanian within the visit.
