Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian is departing for Moscow on a working visit, reported the RA leader's press office. On the same day he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Robert Kocharian will also meet with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov and Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov and participate in the unveiling ceremony of the monument to composer Aram Khachaturian.
