"Russia, as the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chair, rates the Kocharian-Aliyev meeting as a necessity. Presently it's hard to speak of the date but Russia hopes that the meeting will take place as soon as possible," said Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasiliy Istratov.
