ARMENIANS OF FRESNO TRYING TO SAVE ARMENIAN CHURCH FROM DEMOLITION
The Armenian population of Fresno US city has called the city authorities to save the small Armenian church, which has already served to Armenian emigrants for 80 years. As reported by the US Armenian emigration society, the church is going to be pulled down due to building of a park on the church territory, which is adjacent to the regional court building. The letters sent to state and city officials argue that the church building is a cultural and historical value.
