The recurrent meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers will be presumably held in mid March, RA FM Vartan Oskanian told a news conference in Yerevan. Presently the mediators are negotiating on the venue and terms of the meeting, he said. "The meeting with Elmar Mammadyarov will apparently take place in Europe. As to the previous one, it proceeded in a working atmosphere," Minister Oskanian said.
