March 28 declared morning day in Nagorno Karabakh
In connection with Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan's death President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Arkadi Ghukassian signed an order on declaring March 28 a mourning day in NKR.
The NKR Press Office reports that Arkadi Ghukassian sent a telegram of condolences to Armenian Prime Minister's family in connection with his untimely death. "A man passed away, who entirely dedicated his rich experience, knowledge and patriotic ardour to the formation and development of Armenian independent statehood, promotion of economic progress and improvement of prosperity of Armenian people. From the very beginning of the Artsakh movement Andranik Margaryan took active participation in the national-liberation struggle, made significant contribution to the victory, formation of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic as a second Armenian independent state and its social and economic development," - NKR President's telegram says.
