The armed militants in Syria on Wednesday, July 13 launched a rocket attack on an apartment in front of the Surb Astvatsatsin Armenian church of Aleppo.
The apartment was destroyed, but the church suffered no major loss - only the windows of the building shattered, Kantsasar newspaper reports.
40 people were killed in a rebel mortar attack on Aleppo on July 8, with two Armenians – Hripsime Ghazarian and Sosi Ghazarian-Hekimian – among the 250 wounded.
The majority of the victims were children.
