Russian communications minister Genadi Fadeyev has expressed doubts on reestablishment of the railway communication between Armenia and Russia through Abhkaz territory. According to him, the political situation in that region hampers the settlement of that issue. Besides, during ten years of the conflict "this railway has been set aside", he noted.
