NO NEED TO DRAMATIZE REGARDING ARMENIA-UKRAINE MILITARY COOPERATION AGREEMENT, AZERI DEPUTY THINKS
There is no need to dramatize regarding the agreement on military cooperation between Armenia and Ukraine. As "Arminfo" agency reports referring to the Baku media, Azeri parliament national security and defense commission member Vladimir Timoshenko has stated that commenting on the document on the Armenia-Ukraine military cooperation signed in Yerevan during the recent official visit of president of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma to Armenia. According to him, there is no need to compare that agreement with the similar Armenia-Russia document, as, in contrast to the latter, the Armenia-Ukraine agreement stipulated economic cooperation proposing information exchange, staff training, sides' participation in events. Thus, Timoshenko thinks, this cooperation cannot have negative influence on the Azerbaijan-Ukraine relations. The visit of Ukraine's defense minister to Baku planned in the nearest future will become the evidence of what he said, the Azeri deputy noted.
