Relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan are not so important from a military viewpoint, as those between Baku and Moscow, Head of the NATO Liaison Office William Lahue said, commenting on the revival of the Turkish factor in the Middle East.

"Russia, Armenia's ally, is supplying weapons to Azerbaijan," Aravot cited Lahue as saying on Thursday, November 17.

"Moscow provides Baku with all the main types of weapons, including planes and helicopters."
