Robert Kocharian to attend CIS informal summit in Moscow
On February 22, Armenian President Robert Kocharian will depart for Moscow to participate in CEC informal summit, the RA leader's spokesman Victor Soghomonyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
"The President will meet with Vladimir Putin and Mikheil Saakashvili," Mr Soghomonyan said.
The summit will be held on initiative of Russia's President Vladimir Putin. Azerbaijan's Ilham Aliyev is also supposed to attend it.
