Change of power “hasn’t changed” Yerevan-Moscow military cooperation

The change of leadership in Armenia has not affected the military-technical cooperation between Moscow and Yerevan, Dmitry Shugaev, Director of the Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation said.
