RA Defense Minister: negotiations on return of Armenian citizens kept in Azeri custody will be continued
The talks on transfer of four Armenian citizens, who accidentally cross the Azeri border on April 28, will be continued, RA Defense Minister said.
"The planned transfer was frustrated through the fault of the Azeri side, which alleged necessity to conduct some procedures," Seyran Ohanyan said.
"Transfer of the Armenian captives also depends on their wish to return to homeland," he added, Novosti Armenia reports.
