BSEC PA summit kicks off in Athens
A summit of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization is opening in Athens today.
Heads of parliament of the BSEC PA member states and observers will deliver speeches. The summit participants are expected to adopt a declaration on occasion of the Assembly's 15th anniversary, RBC reports.
The BSEC PA was founded in 1993. It includes 12 states: Albania, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Armenia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.
