Minister Nalbandian briefed on the outcomes of Turkish President Abdullah Gul's visit to Armenia and confirmed Armenia's willingness to establish relations without preconditions, the RA MFA press office told PanARMENIAN.Net.
The diplomats also referred to regional developments and resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
