According to the agreement signed by the Nagorno Karabakh leadership and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) today, the Red Cross representatives will be able to visit the confinement places of Nagorno Karabakh and meet with the prisoners being detained there no matter whether they are already sentenced or not. The agreement items provide for the opportunity of the ICRC representatives' talks with the prisoners without witnesses and the right of repeated visits if necessary.
