The Nagorno Karabakh foreign ministry has come out with critique addressed towards the EU leadership and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe chairman. This was due to their statements on the coming presidential elections in NKR being illegitimate. The document in particular says that such statements cause perplexity and can be qualified as "an attempt to withstand to the deepening of democratic processes in the region, which in geographical aspect is within Europe's responsibility zone."
