KARABAKH PROBLEM SHOULD NOT BE ADDRESSED WITHIN INTER-PARLIAMENTARY MEETINGS OF SOUTH CAUCASIAN COUNTRIES FORMAT, ARMENIAN PARLIAMENT VICE-SPEAKER CONSIDERS
The Karabakh problem should not be addressed when discussing the inter-parliamentary cooperation between the South Caucasian countries. Armenian National Assembly vice-speaker Tigran Torosian stated it. In his opinion, the Transcaucasian republics should try to contribute to solving the Karabakh problem through arranging cooperation. In Torosian's words, suitable international organizations should engage in solving the problem. Let us remind that the next meeting of the leaders of "the Caucasian four" (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia) member countries will be held July 15 in Saint Petersburg. Quadripartite "Transcaucasian format" session on settling the regional conflicts is expected to be held within the meeting in private.
