A -magnitude earthquake struck the border area between Armenia and Georgia on Tuesday, October 5, the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.

The tremor has not caused any damage, but was felt by many people as light vibration in the area of the epicenter. Weak shaking was felt in certain communities of Shirak and Lori provinces of Armenia.
