A trilateral meeting between the leaders of Armenia Russia and Azerbaijan will be held this week, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has told Interfax.
Russia-1 TV channel reported earlier about possible events with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
According to Interfax sources, the three will be meeting via videoconference early next week.
November 9 marks the first anniversary of the trilateral statement on the cessation of hostilities. Under the deal, the Armenian side returned all the seven regions surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh, having lost a part of Karabakh itself in hostilities.
