Initial stage of Public Council formation may be completed in May
The initial stage of Public Council formation may be completed in May, said Vazgen Manukyan, acting coordinator of the council.
"The Public Council will consist of 36 members. 12 will be appointed by President Serzh Sargsyan. 12 will be elected by a public vote. These 24 members for their part will elect the other 12," Manukyan said.
