Karabakh: Two more bodies recovered as search mission resumes

The remains of two more Nagorno-Karabakh victims were recovered on Tuesday, November 23 from Jrakan, which came under Azerbaijan's control during the 44-day in fall 2020, authorities report.

The bodies will be identified through DNA analysis, Karabakh's State Service for Emergency Situations said.

Since November 13, the rescue teams have found the bodies and remains of 1700 people, including dozens of civilians, who had failed to leave their homes when their settlements went under Azerbaijan's control.
