America suggests rural reforms
Considering village communities important for development of Armenia's social and economic life and purposeful operation of manpower, America CJSC has launched a research to expose the problems in rural areas and find ways to assist small and medium-sized businesses and facilitate job opportunities creation.
On completion of the research, the company made a number of proposals which can help resolution of existing problems.
