RA government to provide AMD20 billion state guarantees for builders
The Armenian government has announced launch of AMD 20-billion building program to provide developers with 3-year credit guarantees.
The amount of the guarantee will not exceed 35 percent of market value of the property in pledge.
Degree of facility availability should not be less that 75 percent.
