Azerbaijan has assumed chairmanship in the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization."It's a great responsibility for us," Azeri Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mamedkuliyev told a news conference on completion of the 20th session of BSEC Foreign Ministers in Yerevan."Expansion of regional cooperation and collaboration with the European Union are also among priorities," he said.
