Baku is exchanging proposals with Yerevan for negotiations on a peace treaty in an online format, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jahun Bayramov has said.

"Now, so to speak, we have switched to online diplomacy in this area, but time will tell how effective it will be," he said.

Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said on February 7 that Armenia had received Azerbaijan's proposals on a peace treaty and was studying them.
