Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision.

According to the document, the loan is provided as additional financing aimed at alleviating the social tension created in Nagorno-Karabakh during the post-war period.

The interstate loan is interest-free.
