Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not participate in the joint meeting of the CSTO Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs, the Council of Ministers of Defense and the Committee of Secretaries of Security Councils scheduled for November 22 in Minsk, according to a statement from the press service of the Foreign Ministry.

In a telephone conversation on November 21, Mirzoyan discussed the matter with Sergei Aleinik, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.

During the telephone conversation, views were also exchanged on the Armenian-Belarusian bilateral agenda.
