The meeting of NKR foreign minister Naira Melkumian and OSCE Minsk group co-chair Rudolph Perina took place at the US State department. The meeting participants discussed the Karabakh conflict settlement perspectives. The representatives of the state department office for coordination of aid for Eurasian countries Eileen Smith participated in the meeting. She informed Naira Melkumian on the US humanitarian programs in Nagorno Karabakh.
