Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has complained about what he described as “revanchist forces” in Armenia. Local media report.

Aliyev claimed on Monday, September 23 that the current authorities of Armenia allegedly “live with those thoughts and dreams”.

“This is also evidenced by the formal preservation of the Minsk Group to this day, which has no functional significance," he said.

Azerbaijan launched a major offensive against Nagorno Karabakh in September 2023 and forcibly displaced the entire indigenous Armenian population of about 115,000 people.
