Yesterday NKR foreign minister Naira Melkumian met with US Congress Armenian group co-chairs Joe Knollenberg and Frank Pallone in Washington. The Karabakh conflict settlement perspectives as well as issues regarding the US humanitarian aid rendering to Nagorno Karabakh and development of economic reforms in HKR were discussed. The same day Joe Knollenberg and Frank Pallone organized reception in honor of the head of the NKR foreign ministry.
