The inauguration of Donald Trump as the 47th president of the U.S. is just days away, but it remains unclear whether Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will attend.

“We announce any visit by the Prime Minister in due time,” said Pashinyan’s spokesperson Nazeli Baghdasaryan, as reported by Sputnik Armenia.

When reminded that it is already January 18, Baghdasaryan responded, “I said what I said, and I have nothing more to add.”

Meanwhile, Hraparak newspaper recently reported that Pashinyan has not been invited to Trump's inauguration ceremony.

Donald Trump was elected the 47th president of the United States in the November 5 presidential elections. His inauguration is scheduled for January 20.
