Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has stated that tangible progress can be achieved in ongoing negotiations with Turkey and Azerbaijan, provided there is a constructive approach. He made these remarks during a joint press conference with Foreign Minister of the Netherlands Caspar Veldkamp.
Mirzoyan noted that he had presented Armenia's peace agenda to his counterpart, along with updates on the ongoing dialogue with Turkey and Azerbaijan, according to Pastinfo.
"I emphasized that with the appropriate constructive approach, we can achieve tangible progress in these areas in the near future," Mirzoyan stated.
In an interview with the Indian news outlet WION, Mirzoyan mentioned that Armenia and Turkey are engaged in active dialogue aimed at establishing diplomatic relations. He also recalled that the two sides had already agreed to first open the border for third-country nationals and later for holders of Armenian and Turkish diplomatic passports.
