Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan congratulated Greek National Defense Minister Nikos Dendias on his official Twitter account in connection with Greece's Independence Day.

"On behalf of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia and personally from me, I sincerely congratulate you on the national holiday of the Hellenic Republic—Independence Day.

The comprehensive relations between our two countries serve as proof of the unbreakable friendship between the Armenian and Greek brotherly peoples, based on mutual respect, trust, and sincere and effective cooperation, which we highly appreciate and value," the message reads.
