FIDE has awarded the title of International Master to three Armenian chess players: Erik Hakobyan, Alex Sahakyan, and Erik Gasparyan, according to the Armenian Chess Federation.

Alex Sahakyan and Erik Hakobyan are currently serving in the army.

Earlier, FIDE had already awarded the International Master title to Erik Hakobyan and Erik Gasparyan.
