ANC supporters meeting was completed with Mashtots avenue march
ANC supporters meeting at Matenadaran Institute of Ancient manuscripts was completed. Traditionally, the last person to deliver a speech was ANC Leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan. He took a slam at external and internal policies of current authorities, activities of Diaspora and international organizations.

Dwelling on Armenian-Turkish rapprochement, Ter-Petrosyan noted that while being in power, they also supported opening of borders with Turkey and NKR conflict settlement, but not at the expense of one-sided concessions in Genocide and NKR issues. Meanwhile, the ANC Leader noted that normalization of Armenian-Turkish ties and NKR issue settlement is the only condition to be observed for further economic development of RA.

Levon Ter-Petrosyan criticized Armenian Diaspora, accusing them of supporting Serzh Sargsyan, and forgetting the times they promoted his rise to power.
"They're accusing him today, without acknowledging that they're the ones to blame," he noted.

He also expressed his negative approach to Western policy towards Armenia. He accused them of indifference to the state of democracy and human rights in the country and fates of people who're now under arrest.

Touching upon internal political struggle in Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan noted that ARF Dashnaktsutyun and Prosperous Armenia are only imitating political struggle. In reality they're preparing grounds for the return of Robert Kotcharyan to power.

In conclusion he said that oncoming elections are not a "matter of life and death". To him, they are a chance to improve current unbearable situation.
