This consideration comes after the team's 5-0 loss to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final on May 31. The age disparity was notable, with Inter's starting lineup averaging 30 years compared to PSG's 25.

Despite their age, these veterans played pivotal roles in Inter's journey to the final. Mkhitaryan, for instance, was among the top contributors in creating goal-scoring opportunities during the tournament.
