Arayik Noroyan has been appointed as Armenia’s military attaché to Kazakhstan. The decision was signed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Noroyan will serve a three-year term.

“Based on Part 9, Article 10 of the Law on Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Armenia, Arayik Noroyan is appointed as Armenia’s military attaché to the Republic of Kazakhstan, effective August 1, 2025, for a three-year term (residence in the city of Astana),” the decree states.
