
Former Armenia national team captain Henrikh Mkhitaryan returned to the pitch after injury, taking part in Inter’s Serie A match against Roma.
He came on as a substitute for Inter in the 76th minute.
In the central match of the 31st round of the Italian championship, Inter hosted Roma in Milan and secured a convincing 5–2 victory, ending a three-game winless streak, Factor.am reported.
Argentine forward Lautaro Martínez, also returning after injury, scored twice for the hosts, while Hakan Çalhanoğlu, Marcus Thuram and Nicolò Barella each added one goal.
Inter lead the standings with 72 points, nine ahead of second-placed Milan, who have played one game fewer. Roma are sixth with 54 points.
