Armenia’s representative at the 70th edition of the prestigious Eurovision Song Contest, Simon, who performed the song Paloma Rumba during the second semifinal on May 14, did not qualify for the final.

Out of the 15 participating countries, ten advanced to the final: Bulgaria, Ukraine, Norway, Australia, Romania, Malta, Cyprus, Albania, Denmark and the Czech Republic.

Azerbaijan, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Latvia were also eliminated in the second semifinal.

The final, scheduled for May 16, will also feature Greece, Finland, Belgium, Sweden, Moldova, Israel, Serbia, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany and Italy.
