
Armenia's Prosecutor General's Office is seeking the confiscation of 193 real estate properties, interests in 29 legal entities, movable property, securities, loan claims and more than 17.7 billion drams from former State Revenue Committee chairman Gagik Khachatryan and individuals affiliated with him.
According to the Prosecutor's Office, the 193 real estate properties subject to confiscation include 46 apartments in Yerevan's Kentron administrative district, 89 real estate properties in Kotayk Province, as well as other assets.
The prosecution is also seeking the confiscation of ownership interests in 29 legal entities, including MEGASPORT LLC, MEGA FOOD LLC, and several other companies.
The claim further includes 14 movable assets, $1,451,074 in purchased bonds, a $147,210 bank deposit, and loan claim rights totaling $23,081,354, 409,806,800 Armenian drams, and €9,750.
In addition, the Prosecutor's Office is seeking the confiscation of 17,761,537,781 drams.
