Armenian sportsmen do not participate in 45 European free style wrestling championship that started in Baku today. The Armenian National Federation on free style wrestling received the invitation of the European free style wrestling federation. But the organizers of the championship decided to debar Armenians from participation in the championship appealing to that Armenian side did not observe the regulations not introducing the applications during the scheduled date. 27 countries introduced the applications for participation in the championship. It should be noted that other sportsmen, Armenian by birth, representing other countries, made decisions not to participate in the championship proceeding from the security reasons.
